Self-control
Let's start with self-regulation. This is a hard event, which includes the organization's own desires (motivations, needs, interests), the ability to plan every little piece of my life, will and experience to overcome the difficulties. At the level of a child's brain all these qualities are associated with the development of the frontal areas of: first motor regulation (control of movements of the body), then the elementary program (union movements in a sequence), the last stage of the programming and control of the activity (closely related to the development of speech). These departments complete their development quite late (12-15 years), especially in boys.
Well now, in fact, it is understandable why the possession of his body is the basis of self-control, and in this sense, yoga is useful as any other form of physical activity of the child: the usual street games, cycling and climbing trees. Besides, through the influence of yoga on subcortical brain centers of energy and ensures their optimum tone and feeding those same frontal areas in which energy flows into the last turn.
Tone of the energy
High energy level means first of all stability. If the child is listless, lethargic, lazy, it is clear that it needs to tone up. But if children are too fussy, restless, unable to stop myself for a long time in one place and in one situation, then this is also the energy problem. And they also need to tone up: do the energy of the body and brain is more smooth and controlled.
